0925: reviewed MIB definitions proposed by Rafi Ram. Rafi will complete MIB defintion for editorial review.
0945: Motion #1 to approve November 2008 meeting minutes.
0945: Motion #2 to authorize to create 802.17c draft 1.2.
0946: Motion #3 to authorize chair to create 30 day ballot on draft 1.2.
0946: Motion #4 to authorize the 802.17c resolution group to resolve comments from 802.17c D1.2 ballot.
0947: Motion #5 to create a draft 1.3.
0947: Motion #6 to initiate a ballot on draft 1.3.
0948: Motion #7 to adjourn.
