[RPRWG] Control TTL setting in RFC2892..

Hi.

After reading through RFC2892, it is not clear to me why control TTL should be set to the SRP L2 TTL which is normally used for data packets.

My second question is why control TTL field is 16-bit long, while SRP TTL is 8-bit long.
