David,

I fixed all the editorials you sent on the previous draft -- except the
ones that were part of the IETF style...

But send your comments to the IEEE list and I can include them in the
set of comments I take as input from IEEE.

Glen,

There are a fair number of editing mistakes.
I'm willing to supply comments, but not willing to join another mailing
list.

Could you or someone else provide a conduit for comments? Should I send
them to this reflector first?
