In the
minutes of 10/16/03 meeting, it states "In cases were there is a possibility that there will be
some customization of the interfaces then it is appropriate to reference all of
layer 1 and layer 2."
In our
PAR, the major sections of the document which we are an appendix, and our title,
all clearly states that we are only specifying the PHY (Layer 1) and
the MAC part of Layer 2. Is the committee trying to say that this is
not true? Is there a need to specify all of layer
2?
If we
answer yes to these questions, then we need to modify our
PAR.
