January submissions
Happy New Year to
everyone in the IEEE 802.21 community.
There have been some
questions about the proposals for January. What is expected is to have forward
progress of course. Each presenter had comments and questions which should be
reflected in the update. Of course the ideal is to have found harmonization
opportunities among the proposals and have updated material to show the
progress.
