We have had considerable discussion on the a suitable time for a telecon across all time zones. Earlier, we tried alternating between morning and evening EST times, which would result in alternate morning call times for AP time zones.

We could discuss this again within the WG in Denver and see if members would want the times to be changed again. Please bear with us until then.
