[802.3_200GMMF] Announcement: IEEE P802.3ds TF 27-28 May 2026 Electronic Interim. (28 May, if needed)

Dear P802.3ds TF participants

As previously announced during our 12-13 May TF Interim meeting in Munich, the IEEE P802.3ds Task Force will hold TF Interim Electronic Meeting on:
No registration or fee is required. We can consider and vote on TF motions at this meeting.

Please note that a separate email containing the meeting invitation will be sent.

The interim meeting agenda will focus on considering associated contributions and resolving unresolved comments against the initial TF review draft, D1.0.

Presentations should support resolving unresolved comments.

Requests for presentation time must be made by Thursday 21 May 2026 AOE. Please send the presentation request to me at mabudchoudhury@ieee.org and Cc Guangcan Mi at miguangcan@xxxxxxxxxx, per the presentation procedures https://ieee802.org/3/ds/public/presentproc.html (but following the deadline above)

The presenter shall email a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at  mabudchoudhury@ieee.org and Cc Guangcan Mi at miguangcan@xxxxxxxxxx by Tuesday, 26 May 2026, 5 PM EDT (UTC -4). Please review the Procedure for Presenters web page:  https://ieee802.org/3/ds/public/presentproc.html
