[802.3_200GMMF] Pre-submitting TF Draft 1.3 to the IEEE 802.3 Working Group and Announcing Contingent Interim Electronic Meeting on Wednesday, September 30

Dear P802.3ds TF participants

First, thank you for a productive meeting this week and for successfully completing comment resolution against D1.2 during our August/September series of interim meetings that concluded on September 15.

We passed a motion by unanimous consent: "Move that the IEEE P802.3ds Task Force generate Draft 1.3 for the Task Force Review from D1.2 and the closed comments." (see https://www.ieee802.org/3/ds/public/Interim_Sep_2026/motions_and_straw_polls_3ds_01_2609.pdf)

Our intent as presented in our meeting goals (September 15), also included the following (see https://www.ieee802.org/3/ds/public/Interim_Sep_2026/agenda_3ds_01a_2609.pdf):
"Pre-submit Draft 1.3 to the IEEE 802.3 Working Group for consideration for advancement to WG Ballot at the IEEE 802.3 November 2026 plenary meeting."
Unfortunately, due to an oversight at our September 15 interim meeting, we did not include a TF motion to pre-submit D1.3 to the WG for consideration for advancement to WG Ballot at the IEEE 802.3 November 2026 plenary meeting.

Per our TF intent and with TF input, I plan to pre-submit D1.3 to the IEEE 802.3 Working Group for consideration for advancement to WG Ballot at the IEEE 802.3 November 2026 plenary meeting. 
If anyone objects to my pre-submitting D1.3 to the WG, please let me know at mabudchoudhury@xxxxxxxx, with Guangcan Mi copied at miguangcan@xxxxxxxxxx within 10 days, so by Monday, September 28 AOE (or sooner).
No action is required if you do not object.

I am also announcing a Contingent Interim as an Electronic Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, from 10 AM - 11 AM EDT (UTC -4). 
Only 802.3 voters may make and vote on motions at our electronic TF meetings per http://www.ieee802.org/3/rules/P802_3_rules.pdf .
If no one objects to pre-submitting D1.3 to the WG by September 28, I will cancel the contingent interim on September 30.
If anyone objects to pre-submitting D1.3 to the WG by September 28, we will hold the meeting on September 30 to consider and vote on a motion to pre-submit D1.3 to the WG.
