[802.3_400GPL] Announcement - IEEE 802.3 400GPL Study Group Electronic Interim Meetings in June



Dear Colleagues,
 
This email is to announce that the IEEE 802.3 400 Gb/s/lane Signaling (400GPL) Study Group will hold a series of electronic interim teleconference meetings on the following dates listed below.
 
The draft agenda for the meetings will be to hear presentations related to the 400GPL project documentation, such as the PAR, the CSD and any potential objectives.  Presentation requests related to project documentation and discussion of the project documentation will be prioritized. Presentations with multiple coauthors and multiple affiliations will also be prioritized.  Contributions developing content for potential baseline proposals (if formation of the Task Force is approved) are encouraged, too.

Anyone wishing to present: email me (and Mark Nowell and Beth Kochuaparambil, please) the following information, per the due dates above:
Requests without this information will be rejected.

The call details will be made available soon on the TF website at https://www.ieee802.org/3/400GPL/index.html  or can be found on the IEEE call and meeting calendar at https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html 
 
Please adhere to the Presentation Style Guidelines.  Also, to support the web site search tool used by the IEEE 802.3 web site the 'Document Information' fields of the PDF file must be completed as follows:
Title: Title of presentation
Author: Name(s) of author(s)
Subject: IEEE 802.3 400GPL Study Group
 
Files that do not have the document information completed will be rejected. 
 
The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me (and Mark Nowell and Beth Kochuparambil, please) in advance of the meeting, per the due dates above.
