[802.3_400GPL] [400GPL] 10 June 2026 Electronic Interim meeting - Proposed Agenda and reduced duration



Dear Colleagues,
 
The proposed agenda for the IEEE 802.3 400 Gbps/lane signaling Study Group electronic interim meeting on 10 June 2026 is as follows:

Note that motions may be considered at this electronic interim meeting.   Voting at Study Group meeting is per Section 4.4.1 of the IEE 802.3 Working Group Operations Manual (see:   https://www.ieee802.org/3/rules/P802_3_rules.pdf)   “Any person attending a Study Group meeting may participate in SG discussions, make motions and vote on all motions (including recommending approval of a PAR and five criteria) if the person feels qualified to do so”
 
Due to the lighter than expected agenda, the meeting duration will be reduced to 60 minutes total, keeping the start time the same.
