Dear Colleagues,
This email is to announce that the IEEE 802.3 400 Gbps/lane Signaling (400GPL) Study Group will meet during the IEEE 802.3 July 2026 Plenary.
The draft agenda for the meeting will be to address feedback on the draft documentation and hear presentations related to the 400GPL project documentation, such as the PAR, the CSD and any potential objectives. Presentation
requests related to project documentation are top priority. Presentations with multiple coauthors and multiple affiliations will also be prioritized.
The 400GPL meetings during the IEEE 802.3 July 2026 Plenary session will be the morning (AM1/AM2) of Wednesday, 15 July 2026. Priority will be given to P802.3dj for D3.1 comment resolution since that work is laying the foundation for 400GPL. (Please
note that 3dj plans to start early if the 400GPL Study Group ends early.)
Note: The draft PAR and CSD were circulated to IEEE 802 members for review, and we should expect to address any resulting feedback during the Study Group meeting on Wednesday, 15 July.

Please note that such IEEE Risk management review can take up to ~30 days. Individuals not budgeting sufficient time for review may have presentations scheduled for later meetings to allow these reviews.
