Dear colleagues,
The proposed agenda for the 22 Oct 2026 P802.3dv teleconference meeting is as follows:
- IEEE SA Patent Policy
- IEEE SA Participation Policy
- IEEE SA Copyright Policy
- Goals for the meeting
- Reflector and Web
- Ground Rules
- Presentations/Discussion/Straw Polls
- “TFT Illustrations & Examples”, Chris Cole
- “Slido User Guide” Beth Kochuparambil
- “From inertia to velocity: cutting customary clutter in 802.3dv”, Adee Ran
- “Chip to Module Objectives”, Ali Ghiasi
Due to the number of presentation requests, I’m reducing the duration of the meeting from 3 hours to 2 hours; the start time remains the same.
As an ad hoc, no decisions (i.e. motions) will be made. However, I may conduct straw polls to test the group’s consensus on certain topics.
All teleconference meeting participants should review the following documents prior to participation in an IEEE meeting teleconference:
· IEEE SA patent policy
· IEEE SA Copyright Policy
· IEEE SA Participation Policy and IEEE Code of Conduct
By choosing to attend this meeting, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be documented for IEEE standards development purposes to comply with policies and procedures, legal and accreditation requirements, and evaluation of patent claims
by patent offices. IEEE must capture your personal data for these purposes, and will provide information about activities related to standards development groups in which you participate. IEEE standards development participation is documented through various
methods, e.g., rosters, submission documents, email reflectors, records of meeting attendance, responses to ballots, publicly available participation lists, and declaration of affiliations. See the IEEE Privacy Policy at

Thanks, Kent
