All,

Per my earlier email, I was tasked by our chair, Mr. Law, with coming up with a proposed draft to the OIF liaison regarding their 400ZR Project. (URL - http://www.ieee802.org/3/minutes/nov16/incoming/OIF_to_IEEE_802d3_Nov_2016.pdf)

Attached, please find the drafted proposed response. This draft will be considered by the 802.3WG on Thursday. Please send me any feedback you have so I can update the proposed response, if necessary, for consideration by the Task Force.
