[802.3_B10GAUTO] issues found with “PHY frames” and “partial PHY frames”

All,

 

In the comment resolution meeting on Tuesday Mike Tu and I volunteered to lead off-line discussion about issues found with “PHY frames” and “partial PHY frames”. After email exchange we agreed on a proposal captured in https://www.ieee802.org/3/cy/public/aug22/jonsson_tu_zimmerman_3cy_01_08_22_22.pdf.
