Given the number of issues I received on the minutes attendance, I contacted Jon Lewis, the 802.3 Recording Secretary, about the report generated from the IMAT data for the attendance. Jon found an error in the algorithm, fixed it and send me a new summary report.

I have used the new report by Mr. Lewis to update the unapproved minutes. Please see https://www.ieee802.org/3/B400G/public/21_04/minutes_b400g_b_2104_unapproved.pdf.

My thanks to Mr. Lewis for finding the error and correcting it.
