[802.3_B400G] Announcement - P802.3df Ad Hoc Formations

Title: Announcement - P802.3df Ad Hoc Formations

All,

This email is to inform the IEEE P802.3df Task Force of the creation of three ad hocs :

1.      Architecture and Logic Ad hoc Mark Gustlin appointed Ad Hoc Chair

2.      Electrical Ad Hoc Kent Lusted appointed Ad Hoc Chair

3.      Optics Ad Hoc Mark Nowell appointed Ad Hoc Chair

The charters of each ad hoc is noted below.  I will be working with the ad hoc chairs on scheduling future meetings.  Individuals interested in participating in a particular ad hoc should contact the respective ad hoc chair and note the location of their respective geographical presence.  Ad hoc meeting times will be planned around those individuals who express their desire to participate in the respective ad hoc.

The webpage will be updated to reflect the presence of the ad hocs.  Look forward to future messages regarding updates.

Individuals are also reminded to sign up for the three reflectors, as it is anticipated that the technical conversations of each ad hoc will take place on the respective reflectors.  For more information regarding subscribing to the reflectors see https://www.ieee802.org/3/df/reflector.html.

Regards,

John DAmbrosia
