===============================================
Proposed changes?

[ILT|Start-up|Initialization] path
A series of adjacent ISLs and [related] sublayers that are specified to include ILT as defined in this annex. See Figure 178B–1.

Alternately, the path goes RS to RS with non-ILT ISL behavior unspecified.

?Note–An ILT path extends from RS to RS if all ISLs between are specified to include ILT.?

[Updated Figure 178B-1 to include a couple of examples.]

Somewhere: For other interfaces not specified to include ILT behaviour is not specified.
