Re: [802.3_B400G] 2nd Reminder - Request for presentation time for May 2026 Session

All,

At this time only 3 requests for presentation time at the May session have been made.

A reminder – the May session starts the week before the May interim – presentation requests are due this Thursday.

Please take a moment and make your presentation requests now – I know multiple individuals have been making requests into the various ad hoc meetings – please take a moment and get your request in for the Task Force May Session.

Regards,

John D’Ambrosia

Chair, IEEE P802.3dj Task Force

Subject: 2nd Reminder - Request for presentation time for May 2026 Session

All,

For the IEEE P802.3dj Task Force May 2026 Session, requests for presentation time must be made by Thursday 23 Apr 2026.  Individuals wishing to present are directed to use the following form:  [ https://forms.gle/CYSw6HwsBths4esj8 ].     All presentation requests must be submitted via the form above, merely noting a presentation as part of a comment’s suggested remedy is insufficient.

The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at  jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx  and cc Kent Lusted at kent.lusted@xxxxxxxxxxxx  by Monday 27 Apr 2026.  Please be sure to include the related comment #s on the title page to assist the editorial team.  Also, please make sure that page numbers are included in your presentation.

As a reminder, I am requesting that individuals work on consensus building prior to the start of the May session.  Note – priority will be given to presentations that have authors from multiple affiliations.

Regards,

John D’Ambrosia
