All, At this time only 3 requests for presentation time at the May session have been made. A reminder – the May session starts the week before the May interim – presentation requests are due this Thursday. Please take a moment and make your presentation requests now – I know multiple individuals have been making requests into the various ad hoc meetings – please take a moment and get your request in for the Task Force May Session. Individuals wishing to present are directed to use the following form: [ https://forms.gle/CYSw6HwsBths4esj8 ]. All presentation requests must be submitted via the form above, merely noting a presentation as part of a comment’s suggested remedy is insufficient. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx and cc Kent Lusted at kent.lusted@xxxxxxxxxxxx by Monday 27 Apr 2026. Please be sure to include the related comment #s on the title page to assist the editorial team. Also, please make sure that page numbers are included in your presentation. As a reminder, I am requesting that individuals work on consensus building prior to the start of the May session. Note – priority will be given to presentations that have authors from multiple affiliations.
