[802.3_B400G] [802.3dj] Non-Ballot comments received against D3.1

Dear Colleagues,

 

The Chair delegated to me to make the follow announcement.

 

A set of late comments against IEEE P802.3dj D3.1 (first recirculation ballot) were received outside of the MyProject system.  These comments are considered “non-ballot comments” per the IEEE SA process. 

 

These “non-ballot comments” may be considered by the Comment Resolution Group (CRG) after the ballot closed and cannot be marked as “Must Be Satisfied”. 

 

There will be a motion at the beginning of the IEEE P802.3dj July 2026 session to consider the inclusion of these comments.
