[802.3_ISAAC] P802.3dm D0.5 available

Dear Colleagues,

P802.3dm D0.5 and D0.5_CMP are now available in our private area.    https://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/3/dm/private/index.html

This update includes the approved Motions:

1. PAM2 for 5 GB/s
2. Corrected MDI RL equation and associated plot
3. Agreed on common text proposal 

In addition to these changes, the mapping of PAM2 was changed to match the usage for ch training, as agreed to during the May meeting.

I have also made updates to the frontmatter to include the TF project name, abbreviation, and abstract.  These can be updated in the future, if needed based on the project.  You can see these changes in the CMP file.
