Dear IEEE P802.3dm Task Force participants,
The
802.3 meeting calendar has been updated to reflect the WebEx meetings that will be used next week. If you had added these to your calendar, please update this so you'll be ready for next week.
I will be updated the website later today to correct any issues that presenters have informed me of. I will also include the agenda with the proposed presentation order.
As I mentioned in my last email, we will have up to 24 presentations. While we are fortunate enough to have 2 full days to meet, my first draft of the schedule shows that we have less than two hours for discussion, straw polls, and motions. If anyone has a presentation that is not directly related to the draft, or they'd like more time to refine it, I am happy to schedule ad hoc or Interim calls for these presentations prior to the September Interim. If you would like to defer your presentation, please let me know.
