[802.3_OMEGA] 802.3 Attendance and IMAT

Colleagues:

We will not be meeting until next week, so I thought it appropriate to let you know of a bug in IMAT.  The percent of attendance number shown may not be correct.  Some have been getting strange and incorrect percentage numbers when logging attendance.  The requirement to meet IEEE 802.3 75% attendance for credit toward gaining membership and retaining membership is to attend 6 of 8 days during the 802.3 plenary (9 Nov through 19 Nov).
