[802.3_SPEP2P] ITU-T 802 workshop prior to the JULY meeting

All – you may have noticed that there is a joint ITU-T SG15 / IEEE 802 workshop prior to the meeting.  While a lot of the ITU-T work focuses on access networks, the workshop will also explore the premises connections to access networks, including traditional wired Ethernet, and building or industrial automation applications for SPE such as those of interest to 802.3dg.  A number of the WP1 group have long histories in digital subscriber line networking,  a close cousin to the technologies in SPE.  I plan to be at the workshop, and, if any of you are interested, you might wish to attend.
