[802.3_SPEP2P] Proposed change to Comment #109

We discussed comment #109  this afternoon.

Note, that in previous clauses, e.g. clause 149, the delay with FEC is combined Tx and Rx. It does not make sense to separate these delays out.

Thus I believe the best change would be to revise comment #109 as follows.

Change page 149, line 38:

ES1  |  Transmit path delay  |  M

to

ES1  |  Transmit path delay with RS-FEC disabled or not present  |  !FEC:M

And change page 149, line 43:

ES3  |  Receive path delay with RS-FEC enabled

to

ES3  | Receive path  Sum of the transmit and receive data delays with RS-FEC enabled
