[802.3_SPMD] Changes to the comment responses for D3.0

All, as was mentioned several times during D3.0 comment resolution, SA ballot comment responses are held to a higher standard as more eyes scrutinize the results. You’ll recall that several times we deferred to IEEE staff to help us make the response conform to the REVCOM expectations. We even gave time at the end of the meeting to allow on last pass. But is was a hectic comment resolution and we were squeezed for time, and as such there were a few things that we overlooked. Given more time to review, we’ve been notified that there are a couple of things to clean up in our responses, detailed below.

I want to be clear: NONE OF THESE CORRECTIONS MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE CRG DECISION NOR RESULT IN ANY CHANGE IN THE IEEE P802.3da D3.1. These corrections are merely editorial for the support text to conform to REVCOM requirements.

Changes:
I-12 and I-86: change the disposition from Accept to Revised. This is equivalent to changing from Accept to Accept in Principle (which has been done in the comment response). The reason for this is the CRG remedy is Accept but we included and Editor’s note reminding that this change would also require an update of the PICS.
I-34: change the disposition from Accept to Revised. Again, the remedy contains a note to the editor to remind to alphabetize after making the accepted change. This should have been an Accept in Principle.
I-72: the comment response is missing some words. It starts with Add new after Figure 189-5…”. This should say “Add new STATE DIAGRAM”. Also the URL is case sensitive and presently broken. We are changing the URL to make it match the case of the online file (which is https://www.ieee802.org/3/da/public/0925/zimmerman_3da_Cmt_I-72.pdf).

Please let me know If you have any questions.
