I was taking to Adam G about what to do about bugs folks may find in branches after the submitting a request. Often thus is just a case where we forgot to test an option and the fix would be
simple. I think we need something like editorial license but different. It would be geared to bug fixes and Min 5 day notice and Min 14 day review.
