Following 802.3 Working Group approval at the November 2025 Plenary session, COM code v4.12.0 is now released and is available on the 802-COM open source repository at https://opensource.ieee.org/802-com/com_code/-/blob/main/release/com_ieee8023_4p12p0.m?ref_type=heads .

v4.12.0 implements commit requests 4.11_1 and 4.11_2. Specifics of the commit request are contained on the COM ad hoc website at https://ieee802.org/3/ad_hoc/COM/public/telecon/index.html.
