Colleagues, Following 802.3 Working Group approval at the September 2026 Interim session, COM code v4.17.0 is now released and is available on the 802-COM open-source repository at
https://opensource.ieee.org/802-com/com_code/-/blob/main/release/com_ieee8023_4p16p0.m?ref_type=heads. v4.17.0 implements commit requests 4.16_1 and 4.16_2, and includes commit requests 4.15_3 and 4.15_4 that were included in v4.16.0. Specifics of the commit requests are contained on the COM ad hoc website at
