Subject: Announcement - IEEE 802.3 NEA "Ethernet for AI" Assessment

This email is to announce the following two IEEE 802.3 NEA “Ethernet for AI” Assessment Meetings:

· 24 Jun 2025 9:30am to 12:30pm ET

· 19 Aug 2025 9:30am to 12:30pm ET

Meeting invitations will be sent to the E4AI reflector shortly.

The agendas for these meetings will be continued contributions to the Ethernet for AI assessments, including any analysis of contributed channel data. There is also the potential that the assessment may receive responses to liaisons sent out from the March 2025 Plenary.

For the 24 Jun meeting

For this session, requests for presentation time shall be made to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx, and must be made by Monday 16 June 2025, AoE. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx by Thursday 19 Jun 2025, AoE.

For the 19 Aug meeting

For this session, requests for presentation time shall be made to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx, and must be made by Monday 11 Aug 2025, AoE. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxxx by Thursday 14 Aug 2025, AoE.
