 T 49\n\nThe deadline for National Committee comments <https://www.ieee802.
 org/3/ad_hoc/PDCC/private/MT49/64_2792e_DC.pdf> about the revision of IEC 
 60364-7-716 was 30 January 2026\, with the first meeting of IEC TC 64/MT 4
 9 to consider these comments set up for 23 February 2026. PDCC need to rev
 iew these comments before the IEC TC 64/MT 49 meeting in the 18 February 2
 026 PDDC meeting.\n\n[2] IEC TC 64/MT 2: IEC 60364-5-52 Committee draft\n\
 nThe IEC 60364-5-52: Low-voltage electrical installations Part 5-52: Selec
 tion and erection of electrical equipment Wiring system (64/2802/CD) commi
 ttee draft was circulated on 28 November 2025 with a closing date for comm
 ent of 20 March 2026. This CD is uploaded to the IEC TC 64/MT 2 private ar
 ea at <https://www.ieee802.org/3/ad_hoc/PDCC/private/MT2/64_2802e_CD.pdf>.
 \n\nThe IEEE 802.3 Category C liaison Experts direction is to 'Encourage r
 eferencing of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 25/WG 3 cabling standards (e.g.\, ISO/IEC 1
 1801)\, rather than duplication of requirements in IEC 60364-5-52\, unless
  IEC TC 64/MT 2 identifies missing requirements\, which preferably should 
 be communicated to ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 25/WG 3 for addition to their cabling 
 standards.'. The liaison believes this has been archived so far based on s
 ubclauses 521.2\, 522.1.3\, and 522.2.2 of the current IEC 60364-5-52 CD\,
  but it would be good for the PDCC to confirm this.\n\n[3] IEC TC 65/SC 65
 C/MT 63444\n\nA private page for MT 63444 was created and the documents pr
 ovided by the liaison officer were uploaded. The comment deadline has pass
 ed for two of them\, although if we have a particular concern\, 802.3 coul
 d still send a liaison letter. The IEC 61158-2-0 Industrial networks - Fie
 ldbus specifications - Part 2-0: Physical layer specification and service 
 definition - General concepts and terminology NWIP\, however\, is still op
 en for comment. TIme permitting\, these documents will be reviewed at the
