Several folks have kindly informed me that the draft availability notification was sent out on the exploder yesterday. It seems I did not receive that email.

One of the objective for the next meeting was to review the draft report.  I am wondering when that document will be available and when do we need to submit our comments? Should comments be submitted via the exploder or directly to the editors?
