[8023-CMSG] Updated foil-set for presentation to 802.1

Hi All,

        Here is an updated foil-set for presentation to 802.1 today.
        Your comments/suggestions are very much welcome!

        1. I have tried to make presentation little more concise
                - Reduced Market potential slides to 2 from 4
        2. Added two foils up front to make intent of presentation clear
        3. Added a slide for discussion on DE and CI.
