[802.3_DWDM] ITU-T Liaison for Consideration @ Nov Plenary

Please be aware that a liaison has been by ITU-T SG 15 to IEEE 802.3 in response to the liaisons that were initiated from the IEEE 802.3ct TF at the Sept 2019 Interim.

Mr. Law has directed me to have the IEEE P802.3ct TF consider this liaison at the Nov Plenary.  I will be adding this to our agenda.
