[802.3_DWDM] Announcement - New Editor

I am pleased to announce that Eric Maniloff has volunteered to be the new editor or the 400 GbE PCS / PMA clauses.  I would like to thank Eric for stepping up.

 

I also want to thank John DeAndrea for all of his efforts before he had to step down last week.
