Dear Colleagues, Further to the comment response updates I mentioned below, we have found that we missed changing one of the bucket comments (i-39) when the rest were changed as discussed on last week’s call. I’ve updated
the bucket responses posted on our webpage:
https://www.ieee802.org/3/cu/comments/index.html As a reminder, these were changes to bring the responses better in line with IEEE-SA guidelines. Also, a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for removing anything from the bucket. We plan to accept the responses in the bucket tomorrow. The meeting page has been updated with the minutes and also a final view of the comment agenda so people can track our progress through the comment process. https://www.ieee802.org/3/cu/public/Sept20/
The updated Comment reports are also available which capture the progress so far. As Gary noted on the call, he has realized that a number of the previously proposed responses needed some modifications to conform with IEEE-SA guidelines so has gone in and updated some of these proposed responses accordingly. You can find these by searching on the term “updated” which is used in one of the fields.
