A new version of COM v4.3 is available on the IEEE P802.3dj Task Force Tools and Channels page. (see: https://www.ieee802.org/3/dj/public/tools/index.html ) Thank you to Rich Mellitz and Adam Gregory for this contribution!

***** The COM v4.3 implements _only_ the RXFFE + 1 DFE framework and MMSE coefficient optimization adopted at the January 2024 interim meeting. ***** Participants are asked to review the COM code changes to ensure alignment with the adopted proposals per healey_3dj_01_2401 slides 5-15. Please start using COM v4.3 in channel analysis and consider contributions for the March Plenary.

NOTE: the adopted FFE floating taps capability and MLSE effects are not yet operational or untested (i.e. Do Not Use) – see the v4.3 release notes contribution for more details.
