Colleagues, It was brought to my attention that the meeting date/time for the additional meeting had a mismatch of the weekday with the calendar day. The meeting is on Tuesday, 21 April 2026. The corrected table is as follows:

Dear Colleagues, As a result of the number of comments received the D3.0 ballot closure, the TF leadership is announcing a second Joint electrical/optical/logic track ad hoc meeting to facilitate consensus building in advance of the IEEE P802.3dj May 2026
session. The details are as follows:
The preliminary agenda of the 21 April ad hoc meeting is optical related topics, however topics across electrical and logic will be considered as well. An updated agenda will be published prior to the meeting.

Dear Colleagues, This email serves to announce the next set of IEEE P802.3dj Joint electrical/optical/logic track ad hoc meetings.
The call details will be made available soon on the TF website at

https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html Presentations should address and build consensus on the “big ticket items” highlighted at the March 2026 plenary meeting. The intention of the ad hoc meetings is to offer an opportunity to build consensus prior to D3.0 comment resolution
at the IEEE P802.3dj TF May 2026 session. Presentations having multiple co-authors and multiple affiliations will be prioritized.
As an ad hoc, no decisions (i.e. motions) will be made. However, I will conduct straw polls to test the group’s consensus on certain topics.
Anyone wishing to present: email me (and John D'Ambrosia, please) the following information, per the due dates above:
Requests without this information will be rejected. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me (and John D'Ambrosia, please) in advance of the meeting, per the due dates above.
