[802.3AZ] Our next IEEE P802.3az meeting will be in San Francisco at the IEEE 802 Plenary meeting
Dear Task Force Members,
The next meeting of the IEEE P802.3az Task Force will be held during the
IEEE 802 Plenary Meeting, July 12-17, 2009. Please see Steve Carlson's
message sent to the reflector earlier today for meeting and registration
details.
The Task Force is scheduled to meet on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30
AM to 5 PM, and on Thursday from 8:30 AM to noon. Our agenda will be
to resolve comments received on D1.5 as a result of the preview of the
draft. Changes to the preview draft will be made by the editorial team
and presented for review during the closing plenary prior to requesting
authorization to conduct a working group ballot. Participants are
encouraged to focus comments and discussion on technical completeness of
the draft.
If you plan to present at the meeting, please keep the presentation
focused on issues regarding technical completeness of the draft. A
presentation is not a substitute for a comment with a detailed suggested
remedy. Anyone wishing to present, please provide the following
information, per Procedure for Presenters web page:
http://www.ieee802.org/3/ba/public/presentproc.html
