Subject: [EFM-Copper] Copper conference call next week

Members of the EFM Copper Sub-Task Force,

We will have a conference call next week, Thursday 16-October-2003, 9-10 AM PDT.

Subject will be the 10PASS-TS performance test cases (Table 62B-1).

We have two unsatisfied TR’s against this Table.  One of them requests that simulation results be made available to justify the table entries.  We have a goal to make this available by the New Mexico meeting.

The other TR proposed changes to the Table.  The commenter was not satisfied with the changes developed in Ancona.  For example, the table is still not self-consistent:  there are pairs of entries which are identical, except for the presence of notching and the reach, and the entry with notching on has higher reach than the entry with notching off.

The goal of this meeting will be to come to agreement on numbers that make sense, and assign folks to come up with justifications for them.

Details to follow.
