[EFM-Copper] Default profile in 10P test table 62B-1

62A.3.8 lists default Complete Profile as:
Payload bitrate profile: 10/10
Bandplan and PSD mask profile: #1
Band notch profiles: #2, #6, #10 and #11
UPBO reference PSD profile: #3
Reed-Solomon setting: (240,224)
Interleaver setting: I=30, M=62

Could you please add this default profile as a test case to the 10P
Performance test table 62B-1 (I would suggest it to be test #1).
