[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE P802.3-2022/Cor 2 (IEEE 802.3dr) Optical Automotive Ethernet TDFOM initial IEEE 802.3 Working Group ballot results

Dear Colleagues,

The initial IEEE 802.3 Working Group ballot on the IEEE P802.3-2022/Cor 2 (IEEE 802.3dr) Optical Automotive Ethernet TDFOM corrigenda closed successfully on 17th December 2025. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The January 2026 IEEE P802.3-2022/Cor 2 (IEEE 802.3dr) Task Force interim meeting (Registration Fee Required) <https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html> during the January IEEE 802.3 Interim meeting series will consider the 6 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3-2022/Cor 2 (IEEE 802.3dr) Task Force reflector.

The ballot statistics are:

 238 Voters
 126 Approve
   1 Disapprove 
  35 Abstain
 162 Ballots returned

  68% Response Rate (> 50% required)
  21% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
  99% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
