[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE 802.3 Rules meeting 30 September 2025

Dear colleagues,

The receipt of proposed changes to the IEEE 802.3 operations manual was announced at the November 2025 IEEE 802.3 Opening Plenary meeting. See <https://www.ieee802.org/3/minutes/nov25/1125_rules_open_report.pdf>.

This is an announcement of an electronic meeting to review the proposed changes as required by the IEEE 802.3 operating rules. See <http://www.ieee802.org/3/rules/P802_3_rules.pdf> 2.7.

The meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 17 February 2026 from 10 am to 11 am EDT (15:00 to 16:00 UTC).
