Dear Colleagues,
The 2nd Standards Association recirculation ballot on the Amendment IEEE P802.3dj 200 Gb/s, 400 Gb/s, 800 Gb/s, and 1.6 Tb/s Ethernet closed successfully on 15th August 2026. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The September 2026 IEEE P802.3dj Task Force session <https://www.ieee802.org/3/B400G/email/msg01955.html> will consider the 185 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The availability of the comment database has been announced on the IEEE P802.3dj Task Force reflector.
The ballot statistics are:

3 Abstain
138 Ballots returned
86% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
2% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
86% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
