[802-LMSC] IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) YANG Data Model Definitions update

Further to my email 'IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) YANG Data Model Definitions (revision) to RevCom' <https://www.ieee802.org/email/stds-802-lmsc/msg00292.html> on 24 May 2025 at 19:56:35 UTC, I have been informed by IEEE SA Staff that we will have to conduct an additional recirculation ballot of the IEEE P802.3.2 draft.
On review of the Standards Association ballot drafts and comments, it appears that Clause 2 was changed between draft D3.0 and D3.1 in response to an MEC comment asking for documents that were not normative references to be moved from Clause 2 'Normative references' to a new informative bibliography. As part of that change, it seems that the Clause 2 heading was inadvertently demoted to a subclause heading 2.1, 'Normative references' and a new clause heading 2, 'Bibliography', was inserted. Unfortunately, this was not noticed during the subsequent recirculation ballots and was only caught during the editorial review after the RevCom submittal.
As a result, we will need to conduct an additional recirculation ballot to change:

I will, therefore, ask the RevCom administrator to review the IEEE P802.3.2 draft D3.3 submittal from the September 2025 RevCom agenda and will then conduct the recirculation ballot to make the above change. Since we have already used the two recirculation ballots permitted under the conditional approval we were granted at the March 2025 plenary, assuming a successful recirculation ballot, I will seek approval at the July 2025 plenary session to resubmit IEEE P802.3.2 to September 2025 RevCom agenda taking into account that the RevCom deadline is the day before the IEEE 802 LMSC closing plenary.
