[802-LMSC] Updated opening slides and Consent agenda reminder
All
I have updated the opening slides to add one additional invited expert for 802.1 and to update the groups visited for 3 of the experts for 802.11.
Also, the reminder I had for consent agenda items was not completely correct, I have updated that slide as well.

Consent agenda reminders:
- Consent agenda items for closing meeting due before 13:00 CEST, Wednesday, 30 July 2025
- The URL to any supporting documentation due before 13:00 CEST, Thursday, 31 July 2025
- Final vote totals:
o For Working Groups not having a Closing Meeting on Friday should be provided before 09:00 CEST, Friday, 1 August 2025.
o For Working Groups having a Closing Meeting on Friday should be provided before 12:15 CEST, Friday, 1 August 2025
- Send all notifications via email to the IEEE 802 Recording Secretary and IEEE 802 LMSC Reflector
