I was making clarity from James' initial statement that Annual Subgroup Review was to be included in the closing report (INCORRECT)... such review shall be a separate document for those whom present a closing report at the LMSC Closing.~BethOn Thu, Jul 31, 2025 at 2:08 PM Clint Powell <cpowell@xxxxxxxx> wrote:Don't the rules state that closing reports are due within 7 days of closing LMSC?BR,

ALL Subgroups shall prepare a subgroup review for tomorrow. So please note, I am expecting multiple decks from everyone:- Closing report- Supporting materials (you will be sharing your screens for motion texts)- Annual review (James will walk us through all of these during agenda Item 4)An email with any further agenda requests would be helpful when you have it. Please plan to come by the agenda prep session tomorrow to confirm I have incorporated them properly. I do NOT plan to rev the agenda again until after that session.Cheers!~Beth________________________________________________________________________________On Tue, Jul 29, 2025 at 5:21 PM James P. K. We last did this in July 2024, so we should do it again at our closing.
I suspect slides very similar to those used last year would suffice.
We will note in the minutes "The Standards Committee reviewed the scope, duties and membership of subgroup xx."
Of course, any voting member could make a motion to modify these or disband the subgroup.
