May I add the following motion to the consent agenda of the upcoming IEEE 802 LMSC teleconference call on 2 September 2025?

ME:  Draft response to European Commission Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG)'s consultation
Move to approve document https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/25/18-25-0073-07-0000-proposed-response-to-draft-rspg-opinion-on-long-term-vision-for-the-upper-6-ghz-band.pdf for submission to RSPG before the submission deadline, with editorial license granted to the IEEE 802.18 chair.
