[802-LMSC] July Plenary Minutes are Posted

Dear Colleagues - 

You can find the July Plenary Minutes below.  Given that the Chair's guidelines state that minutes from the previous meeting must be posted 1 week in advance to be considered for the consent agenda, I intend to make a motion during the September teleconference to approve the minutes.  I am open to any feedback you may have.
