Jodi found a correction needed to the July Plenary Opening minutes (I had incorrectly recorded minutes during the break).  The update can be found here: https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/25/ec-25-0199-02-LMSC-2025-jul-plenary-802-lmsc-opening-minutes.pdf

I intend to seek approval of both documents at the October Teleconference.
