[802-LMSC] November 2025 Closing plenary: 802.18 acting chair

For the upcoming November 2025 plenary, I am sorry that I will not be present in the closing plenary on Friday, 14 November 2025.  

Gaurav Patwardhan - one of my co-Vice Chairs - will be the 802.18 acting chair to attend the meeting.
